    I used to be a nurse so I call drugs by their correct medical names when handling them. Calling diamorphine ‘smack’ tends to be discouraged!

    Time of day, changed because the clocks have gone forward? I managed to mistime a few goes by hitting the daily maintenance, when something like that happened.

    I've had that a few times, though not today. There was swearing.
