I decided to check my afz score. Last time I calculated it was on June 28, and my afz score came to 4.167.
Currently, I have won 157 out of 162 games, for a success rate of 0.969. My mean number of guesses in the 157 games that I won came to 4.121, so my current afz score is 4.253.
In other words, I have been slipping. I am, on average, taking more guesses than I used to to solve the puzzle.

I think 462 was close to our first seed word for a lot of us hence a large number of twos. Of course the other day a lot of us failed to get the word even after 6 tries. It evens out I guess.
A little googlage reveals him to have been a very early Tudor composer (died in 1500), whose music I suspect I would have rather liked, as the Wiki article mentions specifically his use of false relations, which are rather fun.
