    I used to go to school past this church every day - in the times of 'the Troubles'. In those days it had lots of scaffolding propping its portico. And the stone had not been cleaned to the golden colour your photo shows. So glad to read that St George's has survived that desperate period of Northern Irish history and is still in business - many thanks for your report.
