    Thanks for your fascinating report.

    The only time I have been to church in that village of Marsh Baldon it was to a rather dry service in the CofE parish church. This seems a world away - though as its a small village I guess just a few yards distant.

    I am not sure you are selling it me, however, by saying the sermon lasted 38 minutes. Even if much of it was in the form of personal testimony (which might be an easier listen than a traditioinal sermon) I would find that a challenge.
