    A bit too far for me to come, but I loved Wells the one time I went there. Have fun.
    That reminds me I never did get an East Midlands shipmeet organised.

    Wells is just about within the distance for a day out, but a that date wouldn't work. If Wells is ever a singing venue for my husband at any time, I may ask if it would be possible to meet anyone there.
    I've never met another shipmate (to my knowledge) so this might be an interesting experience.

    I regret I can't make it as I have a prior commitment on the 13th, but which Wells, the Somerset one with the cathedral, the Norfolk one by the sea or some other one I've not heard of?

    I’ve only just seen this - we love Wells
    and love the market and the Bishop’s Palace gardens. We could only do a Saturday though.
