Um. There's a giant chemical tank in Garden Grove, California, that is in crisis and expected either to leak huge amounts of a very nasty chemical, or else to overheat, blow up, and affect tanks around it, too. It's not looking good, and we have relatives in the evacuation zone. One just outside of it is dying (of natural causes) and not easily moved... Please pray?
For Stephen, due for two knee replacements, so is in considerable pain, but they have been delayed indefinitely as a heart problem needs investigating first.

I MAY HAVE TWO MORE CLASSES! I don’t know if they’re merely penciled in and subject to being cancelled, but PRAYING THESE STAY, for a total of FOUR! I’d still need to do a GoFundMe but it would be less of a crisis!!
Update: Those two new classes are tentative, because that’s how that college does things (argh) so they may be yanked all the way down to the wire. So they suggest we set up the courses we’ve been tentatively given in a “sandbox,” which I’ll do, but man, I wish they were carved in stone—they start MONDAY. So I’m not sure how much to put in the GoFundMe, the amount if I only get the two classes (yikes) or if I get the four classes (still needed but not catastrophic). And off to the doctor to look at my feet shortly. Prayers/good vibes for everything…
OK, so I just got out of the doctor’s office. He did not see any sign of infection but as a precautionary measure, he is prescribing an oral antibiotic that I don’t know the name of and I will have to take a look. Also a kind of little pad that has some kind of chemical saturated in it to put on both the heel and foot. I asked about getting collagen like I used before on Amazon and he said that I could use some collagen and alternate with that and the little chemical pad. He said that I have “typical diabetic feet” and that what I need are special shoes that I would have to go to the podiatrist to get set up and would probably cost about $250. Checking with my doctor friend to see if all this sounds good.
Please pray for Bonnie Tyler (“total eclipse of the heart”). The last update on her health a few weeks ago was that after a serious medical situation, she was put into a medically induced coma and remains seriously ill. 🕯
Good news: those two classes are staying, so the GoFundMe will be lower!
